Because ramen is so familiar to us, we offer ramen made with the utmost care♪
Slowly cook the pork bones over high heat, including bone in, bone out, fire in, and bedding in,
Our soups are carefully prepared by carefully assessing the condition of the soup,
You can feel the full flavor and depth of the pork bones.
Two types of soups are available: "light Ichiban Shibori Tonkotsu" and "rich matured Tonkotsu"!
The noodle store specially ordered noodles that would go well with this soup,
Combine with thin noodles made with our exclusive formula and manufacturing method.
The flavor and texture of the wheat combined with the broth is irresistible!
There are two types of ramen: the normal ramen and the "special" ramen, which comes with an ajitama, chashu pork, and all the toppings,

The more economical "Manpuku Set" includes 4 gyoza (dumplings) for an additional 400 yen (tax included),
