Commitment to Ramen
The soup is cooked slowly over high heat, and each process, such as removing the bones, heating, and letting the soup rest, is carefully finished to produce the flavor and depth of the pork bones. The special thin noodles are made to order with the aroma of wheat to maximize the flavor of the soup. These ramen noodles are made by visiting the noodle maker many times and using a formula and manufacturing method that is unique to "Rokudenashi".

We also have a wide variety of other dishes that are sure to promote alcoholic beverages, such as "Gyo-Cha," an assortment of gyoza and chashu pork, and "Crispy Roasted Pork Legs," which have a crunchy texture that is addictive!
